  • Click on My Orders in the My Account section.
  • Choose item/s to return from the selected order.
  • Specify the cause for the return and attach relevant applicable images.
  • • Select your pick-up address and click "Proceed".
  • Only purchases from www.leefabia.com are accepted for returns.
  • Return requests must be sent within 15 days after delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packing.

 

Eligible for Return (within 15 days from delivery):

  • Bras.
  • All outerwear products, including Night suites, Feeding suites, Short nighties, Leggings and jeggings, Pyjamas, Shorts, Sleep dresses etc.

Exclusions for Health & Hygiene Standards:

  • Innerwear (Camisoles, Crop/Tank Tops, Inner Tank Tops, Panties, Hipsters, Boyleg, Shorties, Bloomers, Slips, Underwear, Vests, etc.)
  • Shapewears.
  • Thermals.
  • Accessories: Handkerchief, Caps, Masks, Socks, Towels.

Return Guidelines:

  1. Damaged External Packaging:
      • If the packaging is damaged, don’t accept the package.
      • Report immediately through the Get in Touch section.
      • Once the return is accepted by our warehouse, the refund gets queued for processing to the banking partners.

      • Please include photographs of damaged or different products to support the claim.
      • We facilitate free reverse pick-up for areas serviced by our delivery partner; otherwise, self-shipment is required.
      • Refunds are queued for processing by banking partners after successful pick-up.

    • Return the items in the original packaging to the provided address below.
    • Courier charges get reimbursed as a gift card redeemable only on https://mybodyindia.com/ post the courier invoice is furnished to us.

  1. Guidelines for Product Quality Concerns:

    To maintain the highest quality standards, we implement a comprehensive and thorough quality assurance process for each product.

 

      • A defect is defined as any irregularity or flaw that surpasses normal wear and tear. In the rare event that you discover a defective product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and efficiently, regardless of where it was purchased.
      • Please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and our customer care staff will assist you throughout the resolution process.
      • To expedite our service, please provide photographs of the defective product, including the front and back views, product label, and highlighting the area of defect.
      • We will accept your claim and provide a refund or E-Gift card for the clothing. E-Gift cards are only valid for purchases made through https://mybodyindia.com/. In addition, we may request the defective product for internal examine and inspection.
      • We prioritize your satisfaction and are committed to resolving any product-related concerns.

 

Note: Only genuine products qualify for refunds or E-Gift certificates. Please note that, things purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund or an E-Gift Card.

Refund Process:

Refunds could be

      • Full Refund: 100% of the amount paid is returned to the source account.
      • Partial refund: The refund amount is split in the same proportion as it was while placing the order.
